- BREC Club AGM - The AGM was held on February 11, 2008. (See images below - click on image to enlarge)
Annual reports by Jill Lynn, President of the BREC Club; Graham Harvey, BREC Venue Manager; Anne-Marie McRobert, BREC Club Treasurer; and Rob Rumball, Chairman of BREC Board of Management, were presented and accepted at the meeting.
Peter Elderfield, BREC Club Secretary, identified that there were four candidates for three vacancies.
The motion “That, as allowed for by Section 11.1 of the Constitution, this AGM approve the election of a seventh Committee Member for 2008” was passed by the Membership.
As a result, the Executive for 2008 is as follows:

Ms. Mary-Anne Hogue, the Auditor was commended for her work and has agreed to continue in the role for the coming year.
A Life Membership was presented to Pat Smart by Jill Lynn in recognition of her long time contributions as a Volunteer, Executive Member and particularly for her role as Front of House Co-ordinator. A presentation was also made by the board of management.
