Combined Schools Music FestivalMonday 13 & Tuesday 14 September, 7pmFor nearly 30 years, the Combined Schools Music Festival has enabled hundreds of children from government and non-government schools to join together in song. Over the two nights of the festival, the children sing both as a massed choir and with their individual schools, performing songs chosen to suit a theme. This year’s show, entitled “Songs to Inspire”, will delight the audience as children sing such old favourites as “Stand By Me”, “Make Your Own Kind of Music” and “The Rhythm of Life”.
