Terms and Conditions

Your BREC Rewards card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

With your card you can purchase up to 4 discounted tickets per show or event.

The card must be used by the person whose name is on the card or their spouse/partner.

A show presented by BREC means the BREC Team have curated the show especially for their loyal patrons, this includes cinema and various events held by BREC throughout the year. Your card entitles you to 20% off the full advertised ticket price of all shows presented by BREC. Head to the What’s On section and use select BREC Rewards in the browse tool  to find the shows eligible for this discount.

An external hirer show is one where an organisation outside of BREC has hired the venue to present their event. Your card entitles you to a discount to these shows, at the discretion of the hirer.  Our hirers are encouraged to provide a 10% discount, but are not obliged to do so.

If a show is offered at a further discounted price as part of a promotional campaign, you will not be entitled to a further 20% off the promotional price.

Occasionally, we will email you with an offer of free tickets to a BREC presented show, and these tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Once allocations have been exhausted, there will be no further free tickets provided for that show.

Your card entitles you to a 10% discount on all snacks and beverage items at all BREC bars, excluding promotional items which have already been reduced.

Meet & greets, backstage tours and pre-show events are subject to availability and additional costs may apply.

Once you have purchased your card, there are no refunds, the card is non-transferable and lost cards will incur a $5 fee for replacement.

You may purchase a card as a gift for another person, but the name of the cardholder must be used at the time of purchase and is non transferable.
