Forty-three-year-old hairdresser Suze Trappet doesn’t have long to live and she decides to make her final days count by finding the child she was forced to abandon when she was only 15.

Embarking on this madcap quest she acquires two unlikely helpers and the trio set off on a hilarious and poignant Helter-Skelter journey across the city in search of Suze’s long-lost son.
This delightfully anarchic comedy blends dark humour, social satire and tragedy in a whirlwind that never loses it heart and dominated the French box office in 2020.
Directed by Albert Dupontel and starring Virginie Efira, Albert Dupontel, Nicolas Marié, Bye Bye Morons won Best Director and Best Film at the César Awards 2021.

“Bye Bye Morons is a slightly absurdist comedy makes me think of dreamlike style of Jean-Pierre Jeunet’s films Mic Macs, Delicatessen, and of course Amélie. A light-hearted joyous film you must see…”
