Learn to Circus with Head Over Heels
Learn to Circus with Head Over Heels
Get set to bounce into circus at BREC with Head Over Heels, your local dynamic duo of international circus performers.
Michèle Lainé and Isaac Salter have over 30 years of combined experience specialising in acrobatics, clown and aerial along with mime, juggling and performance skills, bringing all the star quality, fun and resilience of the circus to train up your CircusKid.
Why Circus?
Circus is about belonging, getting active, having fun, being your true self and not being afraid to stand up and stand out
A place where the family misfit, attention seeker or ‘happier upside down’ child can find their flow and their tribe
Clowning, mime and performance elements break through comfort zone barriers to build confidence and self-expression
Acrobatics and aerial skills develop physical literacy, trust and teamwork while spanning a whole body and mind workout
Juggling and manipulation build motor skills, focus and resilience to enable learning and failing in a supported environment

“My daughter has been participating in the Circus Kids Class and absolutely loves it. Michèle and Isaac run such a welcoming, small and fun class where confidence and skills are developed for each individual’s ability. The children learn acrobatics, juggling, aerial silks, mime and more. A brilliant introduction to circus skills.”
