Enjoy an evening of glittering piano virtuosity, romance, connections, great music, stories and laughter in The Cube theatre with internationally renowned pianist Evans Haile.

The artistic director of the Cape Playhouse in Massachusetts, Evans Haile is an acclaimed pianist, conductor, radio host and storyteller. He has charmed audiences around the world with his brilliant sense of humour and dynamic music-making. Repertoire will include Chopin, Debussy, Liszt, Lecuona and Gershwin.

For the first time, BREC is presenting this event in cabaret style, with food served before the performance and during intermission. Audience members will be seated at round or cocktail tables, depending on the ticketing option purchased. See below for more information.

Ciabatta dinner rolls with truffle butter & wild olives

Alternate drop main: Grilled beef fillet with potato rösti and beetroot jus / Confit chicken maryland with three cheese polenta, jus, herb oil and blistered cherry tomatoes

Dessert: Eton mess (vanilla cream, meringue, strawberry puree & strawberries) or Couverture chocolate tart with espresso praline and raspberry gelee

TASTING PLATTER & SHOW - $55 per person

Enjoy a tasting platter and a glass of wine, beer or soft drink.
