If you have given us your permission by showing an interest in our services, either by purchasing tickets, signing a contract or registering to receive marketing materials (paper or electronic) we may send you messages to keep you up to date with news about our current services, as well as anything you express an interest in.

Your details will only be shared with BREC fellow group companies and approved organisations to alert you of relevant products and services that you have asked to be notified of or which are required to fulfil your requests. Personal data is maintained on paper and within password protected internal computer programs until after transactions are completed.

Job applications
To consider any recruitment application (via our website, email or post.) If you submit information (including personal and sensitive personal data) to us, we will process such information solely for the purpose of considering applications and recruitment. Following the vetting process or where instructed otherwise within a year the information provided will be permanently deleted. Although a record of the vetting maybe kept.
