Deputy BREC Experience Manager
As the Deputy BREC Experience Manager, you are a dynamic leader with a passion for people and event management.
Your experience in food and beverage operations, event planning or venue management makes you the ideal candidate for this hands-on role. You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess exceptional organizational skills, and are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
In this pivotal position, you will support the BREC Experience Manager in ensuring seamless delivery of a diverse range of events and operational requirements. Your responsibilities include overseeing event and front of house logistics, managing event delivery and mentoring team members to ensure high performance and accountability.
Your leadership will guide the Ticketing Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator, and casual staff, fostering an environment where teamwork and excellence flourish. With a keen ability to anticipate and meet customer needs, you will play a critical role in creating memorable experiences that keep patrons returning to BREC.

Finance Administrator – Parental Leave Cover Contract
The Finance Administrator at BREC has primary responsibility for payroll and maintaining HR documentation, as well as working closely with the Finance Manager supporting delivery of all other Finance Team services.
With your problem-solving capacity and can-do attitude, you will also contribute to updating systems and processes to increase organisational efficiency in this always busy and creative not-for-profit. Casual Event Hospitality Staff
Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre is on the lookout for energetic hospitality all-rounders for a range of casual shifts with the BREC Events team.
At BREC we host everything from VIP pre-show events, conferences and exhibitions to award ceremonies, gala dinners and end of life celebrations.
We are committed to excellent customer service, and welcome applications from anyone who: thrives in a fast paced workplace; is happy to work collaboratively but can also get a job done alone if needs be; believes in doing the job right; likes people; has a strong ability to solve problems and can learn new skills quickly.
Preferably candidates will have relevant experience in the hospitality industry (back or front of house, bar service), and we are also looking for casual duty and front of house managers to work a wide range events and shifts. RSA Certificate holders are preferred but not essential. Approved Manager Certificate required for Duty or FOH Manager shifts.

Cleaner [Multiple Roles]
With your eye for detail and commitment to excellence, you will provide a high standard of cleaning across our offices, conference rooms, foyers and theatres.
Our cleaners help the team keep Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre clean, sparkling and safe – and ready at all times for our staff, audiences and clients.
This role suits people who are physically fit and who have a systematic and meticulous approach to tasks.
Position: Fixed Term part-time (6 months); with the possibility of extension or permanency. Casual roles also available
Hours of Work: A minimum of 24, and up to 48 hours a fortnight to be agreed. (The role can be split between two people). Majority of shifts will be rostered early morning or late evening with some weekend work required on a variable roster. Note: This role is not suitable for those only available between 9-5 weekdays.

Casual Technicians
As one of the leading Entertainment Venues in Australia BREC hosts a wide range events.
Seeing over 60,000 visitors to the centre each year, working here is fast-paced and dynamic. The centre hosts over 200 events annually and caters for anything from VIP pre-show events, conferences and exhibitions to award ceremonies, gala dinners and wedding receptions.
BREC is looking to bring on a number of enthusiastic technicians on a casual basis to provide support to the production team. The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a high quality of technical work, as well as provide outstanding customer service to our clients. Relevant technical industry experience is essential.
You will have a keen interest in all areas of production such as lighting, sound, audio visual, cinema operation and staging with and aware of current industry technology. A confident team player and capable of working independently. You will be able to cope well with pressure and show a strong ability to solve problems. You will be flexible in your approach to work and be able to learn new skills quickly.
All shifts are subject to availability. Casual workers are under no obligation to work the shifts offered and BREC is under no obligation to offer work on a regular basis.
