Young Voices Project Co-ordinator/Facilitator

BREC is looking for a creative, organised & child-friendly coordinator/facilitator to develop and manage an innovative new project. Young Voices & BREC (working title) is a pilot project to connect BREC with children.

We are looking for someone based in Bunbury-Geographe who:

  • Understands the value of children’s voices
  • Demonstrates experience in co-ordination of events, workshops or arts activities
  • Has experience in arts practice

Arts centres across the country, are realising the benefit of consulting with children to improve their venue, access and programing by inviting children into the conversation. BREC is working with Alex Desebrock of Maybe ( ) Together to develop a methodology for children to influence BREC. We are open to the many ways this may manifest and anticipate impact across the full spectrum of our business.

For a part-time fixed term contract. Applications close 5pm April 23rd.
