Tickets are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting this event and subject to the conditions applicable to the event and/or the venue where presented

BREC is the authorised ticketing seller. Purchasers of tickets on-sold in contravention of the Terms & Conditions may be refused entry

Management reserves the right of admission

The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary programs as necessary

Patrons should be aware that refunds are only given in accordance with the Ticketing Code of Practice and that exchanges incur a fee per ticket

Late-comers may only be admitted at the discretion of the Management and at a convenient break in the program

‘Venue’ correct at time of printing, management reserves the right to substitute venues in the complex as needed. Notification will be given

If you are photographed, filmed or taped whilst attending BREC, you consent to BREC or third parties appointed by BREC photographing, filming and taping you. BREC or third parties appointed by BREC can broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings and images of you without compensation. BREC, the third parties and anyone acquiring from them a right to use the material are not liable to you in any way for its use.
