For over 30 years, BREC has been at the heart of the South West’s cultural landscape, sparking creativity, fostering connections, and enriching lives. Our commitment to engaging young audiences is central to our mission, as we introduce children to the performing arts and help families connect through shared experiences.
Each year, we present over 250 performances and cinema screenings, including dedicated programs for children and families,
Founded in 1990 through the passionate efforts of our community, BREC was built with funds raised by a dedicated committee. Today, we ask once again for your support to help us deepen our impact and continue nurturing the cultural vitality of our region.
From now until 30 June 2025, our goal is to raise $30,000 to fuel our artistic mission to bring the joy of the arts to children and families.

Bringing quality, age-appropriate performances to BREC for Children and Families, providing opportunities for families to share the magic of live theatre together.
Creative Learning
Inspiring and empowering school-aged children through the arts, fostering a new generation of creative thinkers and doers who will benefit from the transformative power of the performing arts.

School Holiday and in term events, activities and performances for young people that spark creativity and curiosity.
