Buses

Let us know which Bus Company you will be using so we can ensure clear communication about traffic flow and parking. The City of Bunbury has authorised buses to stop on the painted mural on Blair Street, directly outside of BREC, so students can safely disembark without having to cross a major road.

Restroom before you leave

Have students and staff visit the restroom prior to boarding the bus to limit the number of toilet supervisions and disruptions during the performance.

Leave bags behind

We understand some students may need their school bags with them for medical or support purposes, however where possible we ask you to leave student bags at school to limit demands on space.

Light-up screens and devices

Please ensure students don’t wear light-up smart watches or bring smart phones into the performance as these spontaneously illuminate and are distracting.

Plastic, not so fantastic

When it comes to snacks and drinks, try to limit the number of noisy plastic options your students might bring as these can be disruptive for other patrons and performers alike.

Be on time

Aim to arrive no later than 20-minutes prior to performance start time to be settled and ready for curtain up.
