A Musical Testimony of Love, Loss and Truth from the Forced-Adoption Era

Broken Bonds, Fractured Lives gives voice to Australia’s forced-adoption era through powerful songs and stories shared by mothers and adoptees themselves.

Created and produced by Louise Kirk in collaboration with SWAGSS – South West Adoption Group Supporting SurvivorsGSASG – Great Southern Adoption Support Group, and ARMS – Association Representing Mothers Separated by Adoption, this moving production blends music, truth-telling, and lived experience to honour those affected and spark understanding and connection.
