Development and Connection through music

These 8 week group music therapy programmes will be a time for you and your child/children to play, explore, learn & develop as you engage in fun musical activities together.

Facilitated by a Registered Music Therapist, Eliza-Rose Kan, the programme’s activities will be tailored to meet the individual needs of group members, to support child development and to strengthen family relationships. Children of all abilities are encouraged to participate.

Join our new Music Therapist Eliza Kan.

Eliza has a Masters in Music Therapy from the University of Melbourne and has joined our Bunbury team with Music Therapist Jacqueline Ross.

Singing with your child can have huge developmental advantages and support positive mental health for both caregiver and child. Mums, dads and grandparents (all caregivers) are welcome to join the class with their child.

The 8-week group music therapy program aims to encourage partcipants to play, explore, learn and develop while engaging in fun musical activities together.

Classes are available for:

  • 0-2 year olds
  • 3-4 year olds
  • Neurodivergent (primary-school-aged children)

NDIS funding may be applicable

The Musical Moments program is property of St John of God Bunbury Hospital
