Gecko Ensembles help young people explore their imaginations and tap into their potential. It’s where self-expression leads to self-confidence.

Every week for 9 weeks of the school term, groups of children come together in a supportive and guided environment to learn new skills. It’s a place where they can stretch their imaginations, play, create and discover.

Barking Gecko Teaching Artists are accomplished industry professionals who are passionate in helping young people discover their expressive potential through drama. Gecko Ensembles assist in developing empathy, self-esteem and confidence through creativity and play.

Gecko Ensembles is a unique program with the primary focus being on developing children’s wellbeing. At Barking Gecko Theatre we believe when children’s creativity is nurtured, their potential is endless.
